Being able to optimize and streamline business operations to ensure our business client’s have the simplest, and most cost-effective technology solutions is why so many turn to Razelle. We think outside the box, look into the future of our client’s business, and provide solutions that isn’t just good enough for now, but the best for the future. You will be tasked with educating and informing new and inquiring business client’s on Razelle vast portfolio of business products and services, and why Razelle is the best B2B partner. When a business works with Razelle, we take it personally. It’s how we got started, and why it’s so important to us to be able to support local businesses just like they did for us. Why business? If you like taking large projects head-on, working hand on hand with local businesses, sitting at the decision table, and being a part of the action that trickles down to the end consumer, this is the career for you. You will be rewarded based on performance of your sales, but most importantly the relationships you build. 

Responsibilities

·      Discover potential new business clients to see how Razelle can provide for their business

·      Promote and become a brand representative on Razelle, our mission, and why Razelle’s business products and solutions should be on the decision table for any type of project

·      Research existing and potential relationships and dealers

·      Monitor local business competition so we provide the best products and pricing

·      Be a line of support for existing business clients, resolving concerns and developing solutions

·      Track and report sales figures and progress

·      Work with upper management and directly with the CEO to imagine and create new ideas on how we can further help our business clients

Requirements

·      Previous sales and customer service experience is recommended, or ability to show examples of past sales or customer service experience

·      Ability to provide proof of meeting goals

·      Ability to use a computer proficiently is required

·      Top notch presentation of your brand, your vibe, and how you present yourself

·      A natural drive to help others

·      Exceptional writing and verbal abilities, and ability to teach respecting a wide variety of skill levels

·      Ability to build long lasting relationships on friendliness and trustworthiness

·      Working well with a variety of people, teams

·      Ability to make “executive” decisions quickly and accurately if needed

·      Demonstrate ability to master Razelle products, services and solutions

·      Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends in a retail store

·      You must be at least 18+ years old, and provide a valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, along with having a 2+ year clean driving record
