About Position

This is available as a part time or seasonable position.

As a Customer Experience Agent, you are a front-line type of person. You like being with the client, interacting with the client, and ensuring that every moment of the client’s experience with Razelle is of high standards. By believing in Razelle’s mission, Experience agents provide the highest quality of care for our clients, both new and existing, by educating on Razelle products and services, support needs, and more. An Experience agent is one of the most important roles in our company, as you would represent and practice our company mission, values, and provide an amazing experience for our clients by enabling people to do what they love.

Responsibilities

·      Welcome and greet clients in a personal manner, listen to their needs, and provide the best solution

·      Answer questions and provide general support to the client about Razelle, our products, and our services

·      Engage and excite our customers about Razelle, our difference, and our mission

·      Work with other Sales and Technical agents to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish based on client’s needs and requests

Requirements

·      Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

·      Some technical awareness and understanding preferred, but not required

·      A natural drive to help others

·      Working well with a variety of people, teams

·      Ability to make “executive” decisions quickly and accurately if needed

·      Demonstrate ability to master Razelle products, services and solutions

·      Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends

·      You must be at least 18+ years old, and provide a valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, along with having a 2+ year clean driving record
