About Position

This is available as a part time or seasonable position.

Razelle may offer curated selection of third-party products and services, but where Razelle shines is designing and building our own unique products and services that make our client’s lives easier. As a Product Experience agent, you are not only driven by a client’s satisfaction, but on ensuring every client is fully satisfied and educated on Razelle’s own products and services. You will know our own products like the back of your hand, as well as our other third-party products, be expected to assist with management of the retail store, and train our client's on Razelle's own products and services.

Responsibilities

·      Educate and sell new and current clients on Razelle products, services, and solutions

·      Meet and exceed sales targets and projections

·      Train clients and provide a walkthrough of Razelle’s products and services, such as Emote

·      Demonstrate products, and answer any client questions

·      Work with your fellow SE agents and Team Sales Leaders to put together unique and creative sales approaches and procedures

·      Present Razelle and the company’s mission in a professional manner

Requirements

·      Previous customer service experience is highly recommended, or ability to provide examples of customer service experience

·      Some technical awareness and understanding is highly recommended

·      Top notch presentation of your brand, your vibe, and how you present yourself

·      A natural drive to help others

·      Exceptional writing and verbal abilities, and ability to teach respecting a wide variety of skill levels

·      Ability to build long lasting relationships on friendliness and trustworthiness

·      Working well with a variety of people, teams

·      Ability to make “executive” decisions quickly and accurately if needed

·      Demonstrate ability to master Razelle products, services and solutions

·      Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends in a retail store
