About Position

You will work with a variety of Sales and Technical Experience agents and Team Sales and Technical Leaders, to develop, recruit, and manage the next generation of Razelle’s employees. You will be tasked with overseeing your local Razelle retail store (or stores as needed), while working side by side with upper management to develop new sales techniques, manage and ensure all sales employees are well taken care of, and help everyone be able to do what they love in the most efficient and simplest way possible. You’ll be rewarded by your ability to keep your team in line and in check; coaching and inspiring your fellow employees to do better each day. Depending on your technical expertise, you may be responsible for overseeing all technical processes and employees.

This position is the next step after Sales and Technical Team Leader, and you will be expected to properly oversee and manage multiple teams with a variety of different people and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

·      Inspire and motivate other Sales Experience/Technical Experience agents and Team Sales/Technical Leaders to provide client’s amazing products and services

·      Ensure all sales targets and quotas are being met, reporting directly to upper management and the CEO

·      Respond to support tickets/issues to the store, or company as needed

·      Manage and oversee a variety of teams to ensure coherence in the workforce

·      Recruit and keep “eyes peeled” for potential talent outside of Razelle that could potentially join the team

·      Ensure customer disputes and disagreements are handled with grace, and the client comes out ahead

·      Ensure the Razelle Store is properly maintained and staffed with scheduling, welcome clients, and optimize service and support on high traffic days

·      Be a source of contact for your assigned Sales and Technical Team Leaders, both business and personal concerns on in the workforce

Requirements

·      Previous customer service experience is required

·      Ability to provide proof of meeting goals

·      Ability to use a computer proficiently is required

·      Top notch presentation of your brand, your vibe, and how you present yourself

·      Become a trusted partner with your assigned Team Sales/Technical Leaders to ensure employees feel safe, secure, and inspired

·      A natural drive to help others

·      Exceptional writing and verbal abilities, and ability to teach respecting a wide variety of skill levels

·      Ability to build long lasting relationships on friendliness and trustworthiness

·      Working well with a variety of people, teams

·      Ability to make “executive” decisions quickly and accurately if needed

·      Demonstrate ability to master Razelle products, services and solutions

·      Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends in a retail store

·      You must be at least 18+ years old, and provide a valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, along with having a 2+ year clean driving record
